Wholesale Investor Criteria To invest in a Kelkap fund, you must qualify as a wholesale investor under Australian law. You can qualify if you meet any of the following:
Net Asset Test: You provide an Accountant's Certificate (no more than 2 years old) confirming net assets of at least $2.5 million, or gross income of at least $250,000 per annum for each of the last two financial years.
Large Investment: You invest $500,000 or more with the fund.
Professional Investor: You qualify as a professional investor as defined under the Corporations Act (e.g. a financial institution, a person who holds an AFSL, or a person who controls at least $10 million in investable assets).
